  4. Delivery time, where agreed, are only approximate and there shall be no liability on Pantry Express Sdn Bhd for late delivery.
  5. There are trade names, brand names, trade symbols, logos, slogans, trade marks, service marks, brand names, company names, logos, slogan, trade marks or service marks indicated on this Website that are the property of their respective owners.

Pantry Express Sdn Bhd does not endorse or accept any responsibility for the content, use or products made available through links to other internet sites and sites for goods and services which are operated by third party vendors that are available on this website. Pantry Express Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible either directly or indirectly for any damage or loss caused by the use of or reliance on linked sites.

  8. Pantry Express Sdn Bhd shall deliver the purchased products within the service area.
  9. Pantry Express shall deliver the products purchased according to the estimated deliverable time and customers will be informed in advance of the impending delivery time.
  10. Customer are to confirm that all products purchased are in order prior to confirming the same on the delivery order check list and invoicing / cash sales receipt.
  11. Cancellation should be notified to Pantry Express Sdn Bhd at the latest within 3 hours after placing the order through www.pantryexpress.my. Customer shall be charged a cancellation fee of RM20.00 or 15% of the order amount which ever higher for any cancellation made thereafter.
